    Thimphu – Genekha – Gur Camp

    Drive from Thimphu to Genekha village, the starting point of the trek. The trail climbs gradually through forests of pine, oak, and rhododendron before opening into alpine meadows with beautiful mountain views. Camp overnight at Gur surrounded by peaceful Himalayan landscapes. Trek Distance: 7 km Walking Time: 5–6 Hours Camp Altitude: 3,290m

    Gur – Labatama

    Today’s trek ascends through ridges and yak grazing pastures. As you gain altitude, the first beautiful alpine lakes begin to appear. Enjoy panoramic views of the Bhutanese Himalayas before reaching Labatama camp beside stunning glacial lakes. Trek Distance: 12 km Walking Time: 6–7 Hours Camp Altitude: 4,100m

    Explore Dagala Thousand Lakes

    A full exploration and acclimatization day around the famous Thousand Lakes region. Hike between crystal-clear alpine lakes surrounded by dramatic Himalayan scenery. On clear days, enjoy views of Jomolhari, Jichu Drake, and distant Himalayan peaks. This day is one of the highlights of the entire trek.     Labatama – Panka

    Cross high ridges and mountain passes while enjoying spectacular views of remote Himalayan landscapes. Descend gradually through yak pastures and rolling alpine terrain to reach Panka campsite. Trek Distance: 8 km Walking Time: 5–6 Hours Camp Altitude: 4,000m

    Panka – Talakha – Thimphu

    The final trekking day descends through forests and traditional Bhutanese landscapes toward Talakha Monastery and Chamgang. After completing the trek, drive back to Thimphu. Trek Distance: 8 km Walking Time: 4–5 Hours
