Sang Choekor to Bumdrak
Drive to Sang Choekor Buddhist College and begin the trek through pine forests, prayer flags, and mountain ridges overlooking Paro valley. The trail gradually ascends toward the beautiful Bumdrak campsite surrounded by alpine landscapes and panoramic Himalayan views. Distance: 7 km Walking Time: 4–5 hours Camp Altitude: Approx. 3,800m Overnight camp at Bumdrak.

Bumdrak to Tiger’s Nest Monastery and Paro
Enjoy a spectacular sunrise before descending through forests toward the famous Tiger’s Nest Monastery (Taktsang). Explore the sacred monastery built dramatically on a cliffside before continuing the hike down to the base. Drive back to Paro. End of the Bumdrak Trek. Distance: 12 km Walking Time: 5–6 hours Highest Altitude: Approx. 3,800m Drive Time: Approx. 30 minutes back to Paro.
