Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Our cancellation schedule is designed to be fair to both you and the small Bhutanese suppliers we work with.

Cancellation schedule

More than 60 days before departure — full refund minus USD 150 admin fee.

30–60 days before departure — 50% refund.

15–30 days before departure — 25% refund.

Less than 15 days — no refund (we recommend travel insurance).

Refund processing

Refunds are processed within 14 working days via the original payment method.

Trip changes by us

If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you receive a full refund or option to reschedule.
