These terms govern all bookings made with GoHike Adventures (TCB Licence 2026/IT/0142).
Booking & deposit
A 30% deposit confirms your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure.
Passport & visa
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from date of entry. We arrange your visa as part of the booking.
Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance including medical evacuation is mandatory for all guests.
Force majeure
We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government action, airline disruption).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bhutan.
